Commercial Section of the High Commission organizes 40 member delegation to visit Pakistan

Pakistan High Commission Nigeria, Commercial Section planned and organized one of the largest delegation comprising 40 members to visit Pakistan for Engineering and Health Care Show (25-27 Feb), at lahore. Delegation was led by Mr Ali Tamkin,Trade and investment Attache (TIA). The composition of delegation was: from Nigeria 34, Togo 2, Benin 3 and Cameroon 1.
Commitment and effort of Mr Ali Tamkin, TIA, made the event fruitful for Pakistan- Nigeria and accredited countries. Besides many small Agreements and MoUs, major agreement were as under:

  • M/S Elkarist nig ltd and M/S Bin Rasheed signed a deal of worth 90,000 dollars for the import of chemicals into Nigeria.
  • MOU between Pharmaplus Nigeria Ltd, Kano and Bajwa Pharmaceuticals (PVT) Ltd, Lahore.
  • Between M/S AgroAsia (Pakistani firm) MoUs of worth One million dollars with two different Nigerian firms for the supply of Agriculture machinery, tractors and agriculture implements . Around 60 thousand dollars were remitted at the spot by the Nigerian firms to confirm the deal.
    Nigerian and accredited countries delegation also attended the dinner hosted by the President of Pakistan Mr Arif Alvi.
