The High Commissioner Meets Nigeria Minister of Agriculture and Rural development

H.E. Dr. Mohammad Mahmood Abubakar, Minister of Agriculture and Rural development, held meeting with H.E. Maj Gen (R) Muhammad Tayyab Azam, High Commissioner of Pakistan.
The meeting was organised by His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Adamu Baba Yunusa, ONA of Abaji and Chairman, Council of Chiefs FCT Abuja working on Food Security and Agriculture sector development. Purpose was to incorporate Pakistani investors and Pakistan’s expertise in Nigerian Agriculture sector. It will accord an opportunity to benefit mutually.
In his remarks, the High Commissioner appericiated the concept, being workable; and especially due to Agricultural Cooperation Agreement between the two countries.
High Commissioner also invited H.E. Dr. Mohammad Mahmood Abubakar to visit Pakistan to have first-hand experience of the technological advancement and expertise of agricultural sector in the Pakistan.
