1. Original Power of Attorney with the signature of two witness
2. Copy of NICOP OR CNIC
3. Copy of Passport
4. Copy of NICOP OR CNIC of the witness
5. Copy of Passport of the witness
6. Fee US$35/- for each Power of Attorney
7. Note:- The deponent must come to the Mission in person with original identity card / passport and sign in the presence of the consular officer vide Ministry letter No.Con(II)-Misc/2010 dated 22nd July, 2010

Attestation of Nigerian Educational certificate & Degree
1. Copy of Passport
2. All the educational certificate & Degree must be attested from Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abuja

Attestation of Pakistani Educational certificate & Degree
1. Copy of NICOP OR CNIC
2. Copy of Passport
3. Original certifica te upto FSc / FA must be attested from Inter Board Committee, Islamabad and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad
4. Original Degree BA, BSc, B.Com, MBBS, Engineering, M.Phil, Phd must be attested from Higher Education Commission, Islamabad and Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.
